General Refund Policy
We do not accept refunds. All payments and bookings are considered final.
However, management may decide to grant a refund if they determine circumstances warrant one. If you believe your situation warrants an exception, please contact our team to discuss it.
Rescheduling Your Booking
You can reschedule your booking on your own up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time.
- Log in to your customer account.
- Select the booking you wish to change.
- Choose a new available time slot within our 60-day booking window.
If you are within 24 hours of your session, you will not be able to reschedule through your account. Please call us directly at 737-297-6696.
Cancellations
There is no automated or free cancellation window.
If you need to cancel a booking, you must call us at 737-297-6696. Because all sales are final, cancellations do not automatically qualify for a refund. Any refund requests will be reviewed and decided by management.
Payments and Add-Ons
All bookings and add-on purchases—including packages such as the Splatter Paint Pack—are charged in USD. Applicable sales tax (8.25%) is added at checkout. Payments processed online or in person are non-refundable unless approved by management.
No-Shows and Late Arrivals
Please plan to arrive on time for your scheduled experience.
- If you fail to show up for your booking without prior notice, your payment will be forfeited.
- We do not issue refunds or credits for no-shows.
- Arriving late may cut into your reserved session time, as we must stay on schedule for other booked groups.
Facility Closures and Weather
If Raging Axe must close unexpectedly due to severe weather, maintenance issues, or other unforeseen events, we will notify you as soon as possible. In the event of a facility closure, our team will work with you to reschedule your session to a future date or determine an appropriate resolution.
