Booking and Payment
When you book a Rage Room Experience at Raging Axe, you're reserving your spot for the date and time you select. You can book online up to 60 days in advance, and we need at least one hour notice before your session starts.
Payment is due at the time of booking. We accept payment through our online system, which uses Square. All prices shown include our services, and sales tax of 8.25% will be added at checkout.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to move your booking to a different time, you can reschedule yourself through your account up to 24 hours before your session. For cancellations or other changes, please call us. Whether we can offer a refund depends on your specific situation and timing, and our staff will work with you to find a fair solution.
We'll send you a reminder 24 hours before your session.
Age and Supervision
Participants must meet minimum age requirements for safety reasons. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who remains on the premises during the session.
Arrival and Late Arrivals
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time. This gives you time to check in, review safety rules, and get ready. Your session time includes safety briefings and setup, so late arrival cuts into your experience.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your session or reschedule you depending on availability, because we have other customers booked after you.
If you don't show up and don't contact us, you forfeit your booking and payment.
Waiver Requirement
Everyone participating in a Rage Room Experience must sign our liability waiver before the session begins. You can complete this online when you book, or you'll need to do it when you arrive. If you're booking for a group, make sure everyone in your party signs.
Safety and Conduct
You must follow all safety instructions from our staff. We provide protective equipment, and you must wear it at all times during your session.
You may not participate if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or impaired.
Aggressive or threatening behavior toward staff or other customers will result in immediate removal without refund.
Group Bookings
Our Rage Room Experience accommodates 1 to 10 people per session. The person who makes the booking is responsible for their entire group, including payment and making sure everyone follows the rules.
Our Liability
Axe throwing and rage room activities are physical activities that carry inherent risks. By participating, you accept those risks.
We maintain our equipment and facility to safe standards and will give you proper safety instruction. However, we are not liable for injuries that result from your failure to follow safety rules, from pre-existing health conditions, or from the normal risks of the activity.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for any damage you cause to our facility or equipment beyond normal wear and tear from proper use of the rage room.
You confirm that you are physically able to participate and have no medical conditions that make the activity dangerous for you.
Photography and Video
We may take photos or videos in our facility for marketing purposes. By visiting, you consent to appearing in these materials. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let staff know.
Changes to Service
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your booking due to equipment failure, facility issues, or circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel, we'll refund your payment in full.
